Hi everyone ,

I’m currently going through the application process and wanted to inquire with all those who have moved into studios. Do you feel like your studio apartment is spacious enough? What have you been able to fit comfortably?? Any idea what the square footage is ?

Thanks!!

Hey anyone living in the building have any new info good and/or bad that you would like to share?

Also, do they still let you go up to the roof even though the pool and grills are not available? oh one more thing do you have to have a gym membership to use the indoor pool, sauna and the massage rooms? what are the rules for those indoor amenities?

Thanks,
-Coolbreeze

there are various configurations and sizes for apts, even if you have a studio on the same line it can be different for another studio

Hey for those who have a studio apt or a looking for space saver furniture at good prices, I bought a console table that turns to a dining table that can seat 2-10 people. It is beautiful, sturdy and a space saver. It can also be used as a desk. There's a company in Brooklyn that has awesome space saver furniture and great prices. If interested inbox me and I will provide you with more details. Trust me you will be impressed.

Hey guys hope you’re doing well. Do you guys think that adding someone to the lease will change anything, in terms of rent?

The rent won't change, but you will have to re-certify to make sure that your combined incomes are still within the range.
