Nothing like street easy of course, BUT i must say it is really nice.The lady showing me my apartment actually told me i had kind of a bigger apartment then the ones she had shown so far and i thought my apt was pretty small. I have a really nice view of the river from both my kitchen and my bedroom, unfortunately my kitchen has this big white pole right in the middle which takes up so much space, i hate it but cant do anything about it.
