So i just called and they said they waitlisted me idk what that mean, but i have a feeling i didn't get it, am eligible but waitlisted so idk what to do in this aspect should i just move on??
How strange that they didn't send you a letter telling you that you were waitlisted. That usually means they have run out of apartments for your income band. Good luck for future lotteries.
This building from what I understand HAD to be filled by June 30th according to their contract. Nice building.. I'm still waiting on my parking g spot looking for parking after a certain time is no joke.
hey quick question, after you summit all the documents, do they contact you before sending the documents to HUD?
Hey from previous posts someone said they suppose to contact you to let you know. They requested documents from me a couple of times its going on 3 months now since my interview fingers cross something pull through. The only thing they keep telling me is my application is still processing.
So I received an email that I'm on the waiting list. Log number in the 3,000's
This truly sucks! But what can I do! I was qualified, had all documents, and my credit was good. Now it seems that my log number was too high and they didn't have any more 2 bedroom apartments for my income band. Good luck to all!
I'm still waiting. I just joined the forum. I got interviewed back in May and I've been calling and I'm being processed. She told me to give it a little less then a week. I need to know cuz I have to leave where I'm at soon. I don't want to go looking for another apartment and give me deposit and they call me. Smh this is stressing. I work for the city and live in the area I don't know what's going on.
I'm curious to know - does the letter specifically use the word waitlist when you're placed on one? Or would they say something like,
"due to the large amount of applicants, we will not be able to accommodate everyone who has applied. When a unit becomes available, we will contact you in writing"
My friend applied to the Kent lottery and she received a letter with the above lettering. Does that mean she's on the waitlist?
Thanks for answering!
