Can I asked a question what if after waiting for awhile they call you and say that your approved and they tell u to come in and sign your lease god forbid you don't have all the money on hand can you go to hra and get a one shot deal that'll help you with the first month rent and security?

Monday I go in to sign the lease and was told I have to have two separate money orders . I'm not sure how that is going to play out if you have it all that day .

Wow so they don't give u an amount of time to come up with the money they just say u come this day ? I'm waiting for hdc to get back to me but I still have to pay my day to day bills right now so it's like I'm so stuck idk what to do

Ok hopefully they could give me about 15 days to come up with the money when they do call me. How long after the management approved you and sent your paper work to hdc did hdc approve you?

On June 2 they requested more documents which I had already sent them and they sent my documents to HDC. I was then called in to view the apartment and I did this Monday and by Wednesday I was approved by HDC
