From experience I think it all depends on ur worker honestly. My worker told me it goes by your log number but I have a friend that has an higher log number then me and she already in her apartment

This whole process is very stressful and nerve recking but if all your documents are on point you should be good. Wavecrest basically approved you but they have to have HDC give it a second look and they make that official call. Just pray all will workout good luck.

They told me they will review me paper work after everyone else so basically i have last licks which sucks.. and my income was perfect for the apartment =(

Morning All!
My interview was May 23rd. May 25th they emailed me to submit more documentation. Ms. Meyers gave me an extra day to submit it. On that last day I finally retrieved the document I needed, and drove over to the management and dropped it off. I delivered it directly into Ms. Meyers hands on June 5th. Since then I spoke to two different staff there who gave me two different stories of how the process will go. One person said all the two bedrooms are filled and I may be placed on the waiting list, and that my log number which is in the 3,000's is kind of high. Then another person said its two bedrooms still available and that they need to work on other cases ahead of mine before they can work on my case and send my paper work to HDC. I'm not sure what's going on, and I don't want to keep harassing them, but I know I qualify, and all my documentation is good. So now it's just a waiting game. In the meantime I just keep applying to other units, save, and be patient
