Unless you are a military veteran, you are probably going to be waiting upwards of 10 years, possibly more. So get on the list, but look elsewhere if you need new housing in the next couple of years. If you are a veteran, your wait will be much shorter as veterans get first shot at vacancies, although I remember with Masaryk Towers (another list I am on) it was still a couple of years before all the veterans were served and they started with the rest of the list.

I don't know.

I think they have 3 one bedrooms on each floor. There are 6 buildings at 21 floors each.

So, there must be 378 one bedrooms?

https://dlc.library.columbia.edu/nyre/cul:ksn02v6zbx

if these floor plans are typical, then each floor has 3x one bedrooms and 1x studio apartments. But the studio apartment looks small

Yeah, that's approximately what they have. So there needs to be about 50% turnover (assuming my actual place on the list will be a bit lower due to non-responses/ineligibilities) before they call me!

"Not Selected". I'm surprised so many on the forums got log numbers for this lol. Oh well, you win some you lose some.

Yeah. Best not to get attached to any given project, just keep throwing in the applications and see what comes of it.
