Was anyone offered a high floor 1 bedroom unit recently? What are the highest floors they offer? Anyone has any issues with H units or T units?

Hah, sorry! 11xxx but already got a unit! Just curious to see how high they’re going :,) the folks I dealt with were awesome.

The amenities are now 1400 dollars it does not include the pool and the building doesn’t have parking.

Yep! Pool is 25pp per use and amenities are 1400 like flyboy mentioned.

Also, I believe this part of LIC is a special district that doesn’t require parking for new buildings iirc.
