I keep seeing the term “TIC” in reference to when you get your documents sent to HPD. What does that mean ?

1) Once approved by HPD what is the max rent increase that can happen during lease renewal?

2) Is there a limit to how many lotteries you can be in the process for at once? After requested to submit documents.

1) There is no "max" overall, you are subject to the max rent increases set by the rent guidelines board each year, at your renewal.

2) No, each lottery is independent and has no impact on any others.

Ask your marketing agent, but I did not. Only money order was for the credit check.

Why have I never been called for a mini lottery? Seems like many folks have been called a few times on here. For years, I've had it set in my profile to notify me of re-listings, and I have a wide range of neighborhoods selected.

Do mini lotteries favor maybe larger household sizes or lower AMIs? Just trying to figure out why I have never been called.

I was recently asked to submit documents but I can't get ahold of my 2022 W2! There is a 2022 "W2 Summary" attached to my State Tax Return though. Do you think they'll accept that? I believe it has all the same info as the original copy. Otherwise, I'm afraid it might take too long to track down the original copy! Help??!
