Doesn't the 2nd building have 700 units available? I can't imagine them filling up so fasthat especially when the 1st building was just filled up.

What was your initial move-in date given?

The earliest date I was given was Aug 10th...but I selected a different apartment with an aug 25th move-in date.
The move in date is sometime in mid August from the original date of July 15. Did the agent tell you when you will be called again to sign the lease for your unit?

It sure does, I look forward to reading it everyday, it's hard to explain the worry, nervousness and hope to people who are not going through this process!

The anticipation is killing .... This is the worst waiting game ever... Has anyone had to requalify recently or before you moved in? If so, what did you have to do?

I got an email yesterday but as soon as I submitted documents that I had ready, I've been told that there are no more 2 bedrooms available for my bracket ($2,366 and $2,684) and that only left 2 bedrooms are ones for higher bracket ($3,300)

Hopefully, the waiting game will be over soon enuff and people will start moving in. I don't know what's your floor or anticipated move-in date, but I had to resubmit documents to re-qualify to make sure all the paperwork is up to date. The documents were the same paperwork as you originally brought in, except updated ones.

For those who moved in or who are moving in soon:

I've been in Crossings for a week and am realizing I need to sell some of my furniture since it does not work in the new space. I am looking to sell: Ikea MALM Black Queen Sized bed frame with 4 storage drawers (slats included)- $300 (paid $449 for all) MALM High bed frame/4 storage boxes - Queen, Lönset - IKEA

Ikea BRUSALI Brown Wardrobe Closet- $200 (paid over $300 at the time) BRUSALI Wardrobe with 3 doors - brown - IKEA

Kitchen Buffet Storage Table- $185 (paid $225)
Antique Buffet Cabinet Reclaimed Wood Storage Shelf Kitchen Dinning Room Stand - Sideboards & Buffets

Only been used a year and a half. Good/taken care of condition. Please let me know if you would be interested to come by, I am in the Crossings building. Only the bed frame will need to be assembled.

Thanks!
