Exactly. That's the biggest no no of all for a lawyer. A lawyer can be as corrupt as hell and commit all kinds of crimes but if they get caught knowingly lying to a judge in court they are in in deep doo doo. It's considered the foundation of the legal profession .... not necessarily honesty and integrity outside of court but honesty inside a court before a judge.
Or if they dip into client funds... that's a big old almost automatic disbarment.

Speaking of not even close... It was 5 judges en banc in the first judicial department of NYS Supreme Court. This was not some kooky one off local district court judge decision.

I am starting to believe that some people actually believe that judges opinions don’t count because all judges are leftists!
Basically they don’t believe or abide by the decisions of the executive branch, the judicial branch and half of the legislative branch. The only branch that has any real crede is the Trump branch.
