'zactly. It isn't going to stop them from having sex (which is the real issue here, right?) or raising children (the sky is falling!), so call it what it is: punishment for a lifestyle you don't approve of.
No one has yet explained to me how a domestic partnership between same sex couples threatens heterosexual marriage. It is nonsensical. Would those who support Amendment One rather follow the Old Testament which says that men who don't want to marry should commit fraud and marry anyway? That would do a lot to strengthen marriage.

That's the main difference between many people, many people have learned to weigh the facts, use a thinking process and come to a rational decision.
Then there are those raised in the ignorance of fundy religions and are taught that thinking and questioning what they are told is a sin in its self, and are merely taught "what" to think.

Oh yes. You can vote in either the Democratic or Republican primary OR you can skip the primaries and just ask for an "unaffiliated" ballot. The Constitutional Amendment is on all ballots for registered voters over 17 years of age. Please be sure to vote, every one counts! Thank YOU!
Word I have been getting (unconfirm) its located on the last page of the ballot. Which is odd as referendums I had on ballots usually on first or second page depending if it presidential ballot.

It was located on the back page of my ballot, followed by a bunch of liquor-related bills.
