Who uses the same day that Mom did ? Mom was much more organized than I was, maybe it was because she had 4 kids at home

I do now when we had the new fridge installed a couple years ago there was a problem with the water to fridge line it was stripped and wouldn't turnoff so water was spraying all over the kitchen. took a few phone calls til someone could tell me where the water main was
Last time you had to do this ? Circuits about a week ago hubby was doing something and needed to shut the power off to that room. We used the cordless phone conference feature so I didn't have to yell "the power is off" from one side of the house to the garage

Pier ? Yep. As a kid, I remember visiting a pier in Corpus Christi. Also, I visited a pier in Dingle, Ireland during my recent trip there.
Outdoor concert ? I've done a few such concerts at Merriweather Post Pavilion. Really neat place. Last concert I saw there was the Blue Man Group. Neat group but VERY loud. My ears were seriously ringing.

Casino ? YES! I've been to the legendary casino at Monte Carlo and the casino at the Trump Taj Mahal. I actually won at the Trump while I went through a $100 in record time in Monte Carlo.
Oh boy, it is soooooooooooooooo hot hot hot over here We've had temperatures aroun 99°F which is very unusual for us over here and moreover - no A/C in sight!!! We already moved from our bedroom under the roof to our guest room but last night even there it was 85°F. No wind or rain in sight.Now is the time I wonder how some of you guys make it with temps so high for several weeks/months a year!

Lets expand on this subject a bit. I think it is funny to see where Mrs. Cncracer will hide the extra TP roles. She is always lecturing me on using too much paper, and it seems it is a throw back to the days when her Drill Sergeant father limited how much paper they could use. I think it is best to use more than needed, after all that is one area we want everybody to keep clean, and I go at it with the energy of Mr. Clean ripping off a few feet and rising as clean as when I went I sat down. Mrs. Cncracer unrolls a few sheets folds them in a nice little square, and attempts to do the Job. I grant you she has a much small area to cover, but get real, a two inch square is not going to do the job of a hand full of not so neatly folded TP. Than to find the hidden rolls when the paper is exhausted in the main bath. I will shift to the guest baths, grab a roll and sneak back to our master bath. Let the company worry about a dirty butt. LOL
