When hubby and I were state constables some years ago, we were advised in training to never venture into the Philly region, no matter how urgent the bench warrant may be. Speaking from experience, they told us, (they referring to police and one attorney), that we would receive no help from law enforcement there, and to not expect assistance from the postal service in locating individuals. It is very much their own little world there.

If you read my other posts, I used to live in PA, genious. I still respect people in NH for now, unlike people in PA.

Well they had over 400 murders last year and the year before. I guess "yinz" don't like eachother round those parts huh?
