your hair doesnt grow any faster than anyone elses. you just want to keep it at a very specific length. for me, that would be way too much to spend on haircuts. my wife does mine, so everytime she gives me one it gets cheaper per cut. but even if i paid for it, id probably find a place and spend about $15 once a month. so that would be about $180 annually.
show us a before and after shot? b/c it depends on the type of cut. crew cut? too much! complex cut, not too much.
also for easy cuts workout a deal with your barber. go during non busy times and tell him you'll pay upfront for 20 cuts, if he's willing to give you a discount and if he won't just close up shop. there is risk but gotta take risk if you want some gain!
Haircuts? What are they? I have not paid for a haircut for over 30 years. My lady cut my hair until I started to let it grow long again. A thousand dollars a year is too much booze let alone getting your hair cut.
LOL, yeah this is a troll job, however I pay $22 for each haircut at Sports Clips, plus a $10 tip. Probably go every 5 weeks or so and that includes the haircut, shampoo/scalp massage and shoulder massage. I suppose I could go to the discount place but I stopped going there because the cuts were hit or miss and the employees there were bottom of the barrel. No way I would cut my own hair, I get complimented by women on my hair occasionally and I get carded for alcohol and I just turned 38.
I spend less than 100 per year on haircuts. I found a place that gives men's haircuts for 8 bucks and i go once every 5 weeks. Get your hair cut very short so you can go longer without having to go.
If you like it and can afford it I don't. If you can't afford it then it is to much.
