He is not spending most of his time - he was responding to evidence submitted to his office.

Arizona law was being enforced -

I support the Sheriff - as do most of the other residents of Maricopa County

Yeah, he does spend most of his time hunting down illegals. Arizona law is to hunt down FELONS on the loose and this takes a back seat in his to-do list.

The Maricopa County Sheriffs office detaining, processing and deportment of those in the country is not Un-Constitutional - in fact, it has withstood court scrutiny.

And, now, the Phoenix PD, Tucson PD, the Pima and Coconino County Sheriff offices are following MCSO's lead -
