Look outside, it is nice and breezy, beautifully sunny and clear; how is a gray, dreary day better than that? Compared to yesterday, everything just looks alive again and people are smiling even on a crowded train during lunch...

re-opened but please stick to PHX weather, not another state's weather, not opinions of each other's preferences.

Plenty of smiling faces on a gray, snowy day where I'm at

LOL! Its a gorgeous blue sky day again here. Clear skies and cool! Snowbowl opening up in Flagstaff on Thursday for those that like cold and snowy in the winter; just not in Phoenix.

Really? You must not live in Duluth. Except for the one guy that had a good reason not to smile everyone seems pretty happy in the local paper today ... Duluth News Tribune | Duluth, Minnesota

Yes actually. I remember it raining constatly with a few days inbetween of clear weather. It rained on Christmas day I think, unless it was the 26th-27th. I don't remember exactly

History : Weather Underground

Looks like it rained 7 out of 31 days in December 2008 and only once by December 15th compared to 3 times this year through the 15th. We need 4 more days of rain and it would match last year.
