So by not denouncing the New Black Panther Party, the dems are in essence saying they agree with the philosophy of killing white people and babys?

By not denouncing the Nation of Islam, the dems are in essence saying they agree with the philosophy that the white man is the devil?

The difference is that Byrd renounced his membership in the klan, denounced their philosophy, and issued multiple apologies for having ever been involved with them.

Duke is still festering with a load of hatred.

The NBPP would find a great deal more in common with the Tea Party than with the Democratic Party.
NBPP and TP share a common ideology.

Same for the administration with the NBPP and NAACP. You can't have it just one way, although you want it just one way.

I would hope for his sake---as soon as possible. Really, though...the guy is pretty irrelevant. Nobody cares about him anymore...not like he's one of the GOP's top leaders.

According to Nitsua's and cuebald's way of thinking, yes.

Duke is not an elected official at this time is he? Since we're not talking about elected officials, when did King Shabazz denounce his rhetoric on behalf of the NBPP?

Tea Partiers Are Fairly Mainstream in Their Demographics

You're trying to make something stick that just isn't so.
You're deflecting, but.........we've already been through that "Tea Party: 4 in 10 are Dems" in a thread put up by scarlet ohara.........the reality is that the article said 4 in 10 Tea Party folks are Democrats AND Independents. You're being misleading. Additionally,I never said there were absolutely zero Democrats who were white racists. Maybe that's why those very few Dems joined up with the Tea Party.

How many black candidates out of the total number of black candidates running for office in the country would the Tea Party be "supporting"? If a black candidate supports the same revisionist history claims made by white racists, then I don't see any inconsistency in the tea party supporting such a candidate. allen west is a good example, imo, of that.

But the Administration is not the subject under discussion at the moment.

Doesn't matter, you can't have it just one way. Until your racists denounce and apologize, it is a moot point for what you are asking/wishing. See, respect goes both ways, it is not a 1 way street. You earn it, if you don't get it you don't give it.

Has the NBPP endorsed the Democratic Party?

Has the Nation of Islam endorsed the Democratic Party?

If either does, I suspect a "refudiation" would be forthcoming rather quickly.

Now - can we get back to the subject of this thread, that being the Tea Party being endorsed by David Duke?
