The Chinese won't do jack sh-t! The world should shudder at the thought of a post-American world but they don't. They think it will be a good thing. It is profoundly shortsighted.
Everyone hated Rome. When Rome finally collapsed, the next thousand years was just peachy.
Let the Chinese police the planet for a while. We need a vacation.
They might do a better job.....No compuction about killing without mercy and looses don't mean a thing! They'ed be all done with Iraq and Afgahnistan by now.....
To answer the question those who are rich Americans who own production and globalists will do fine, those that supported corporations and dismissed any regulation of them because it might involve government will see the prophecy filled. The "why should the American rich owe anything to another American?" crowd who are also usually highly nationalist who support wars like Iraq and think U.S.A is and will always be the big dawg and that America saves the asses of everybody else so bow to America will be like a coca addict coming off the high. It will be like a millionaire use to a lavish lifestyle who lost the living and has to learn to live in a 1100 sq ft house in a blue collar working mans neighborhood and drive a Ford Escort.
But if you love America for its true principles it won't crush you as much and life will go on.
Countries like England and France were once vying for the #1 spot as a global superpower, they have ceded it and they haven't become wastelands.
The U.S. might still be #1 in 50 years, or it might not, but it seems many assume not being #1 means your country becomes Somalia, and that isn't always the case.
What bothers me is the stupidity of people actually heralding a new age of American weakness.
Or the group that thinks corporations should be free to do whatever they want and that any Americans using regulation for them is against the principles of America and that the execs who send the company and job overseas are earning and "work hard"for their golden nest egg and that they shouldn't be "punished' by taxing them.
