To whomever the coward is that just left me this classy rep in this thread;
"Are you angry because you're too fat for any man to have sex with?"
Go look at my profile pix and get back to me about that, mkay?

Ok, so she is a singer, song writer, record producer, and dancer. The rest does not qualify her for anything. They are fluff positions that a drooling moron can and often has filled for many organizations.

So, entertainer is now an adviser, got it.

Shakira is incredibly sexy, but she's also incredibily smart and has a lot of integrity. As hotair pointed out, even her hips don't lie. She's a great pick for the position.

Fluff? She's making a difference.

Inform yourself before you post drivel.

More than I can say for the people who are dissing her on this thread.

Fluff... as in she is simply a figurehead, a poster board, a pretty girl who turns the letters, if you are getting my point? Many organizations have them. Organizations seek "star appeal" to promote their cause. Its a good business tactic and the fact that she does this is not an attack on her "caring" or "contribution" to do such, but her position "is what it is" and you can spin it all you like, but it is no different than Spud McKenzie as the Budweiser dog.

Having a "heart" and "caring" a lot as well as spending a lot of time down at the homeless shelter does no qualify you as a legitimate person to handle the homeless problem, it simply means you are concerned and care. What you have to say, may not be relevant or accurate in its assessment.

Those who are in approval are fans or "booty" infatuated.

And your justification for maintainining that she is merely a figurehead of a non-profit philanthropic organization that she founded is ....?

Is this a joke...? This can't be serious or is it, with Obama it could be serious!

If serious and for real ...isn't there a person who has more knowledge about eduction of Hispanics than Shakira....!
Is she even a citizen?

Shakira is actually a very intelligent woman. I'm not saying she is ready to be in politics, but its not like she is a dumb as paper Brittney Spears. Doesn't she speak like.....7 languages and have a few degrees? I read that she has attended quite a few universities under an alias.
