How many who answered the poll were dem/repub? Your link to the poll does not give these details. It DOES make a difference.

Obama's budget proposal was defeated 97 to 0.

Your poll also says Obama has a disapproval rating of less then 50% of the people. Should he resign because the people don't approve of him?
