Not everyone is an "obot" here. Seeing as I didn't vote for Obama, your labeling is of course wrong.

No, we realists, have predicted everything that has happened in the birther cases thus far. We called out the failure of Jablonski's Motion to Quash. We knew his letter to the SoS would be summarily disregarded.

And we have been right about that this is only an Administrative hearing. Not a court.

A simple search an education would have shown you this, but we know that birthers willingly want to remain ignorant on easy subjects like the law, and legal proceedings.

This case did not do anything at all except show that Georgia and its politicians have wrapped themselves up in birther falsehoods and will now have to wash the stink off them

More of the usual denials... along with the usual complete lack of any evidence to refute what the plaintiffs presented in court.

The rest of the states have no such laws. Can't set precedent when there was no precedent set.
You sound as if you don't want to know who he is, or if he is eligible. Why is that?

My sympathies.
Fogbow is still in their strategy session, marching orders coming soon.

LOL... watch and learn, LA. It is not an accident that the record still stands at 97-0. When an Obot "stutters" that the case is already moot, you can take it to the bank.

Ask IC. He's been waiting for me to be wrong for going on two years.

translation: I have yet to cite any legal source, so I'm just going with the birther meme of calling everyone being in denial, lying and obots.

Those "evidence" plaintiffs presented have been discussed in the numerous birther threads on this forum. One was recently closed.

Use your search button.

Or you can use google and look up the debunks yourself. But we know you won't because you rather believe lies, than actually learn the truth.

Wrong. I already know that he is eligible.

Since he was born on US Soil, he is eligible.

No amount of birhter rewriting 200 years of legal history will change that fact.

Obama's ineligible. So is Rubio and Jindal. Romney's eligibility also needs to be examined.

It's not about R or D. Both sides have Constitutionally ineligible politicians.

Nominating Hillary would be a great play for the Dems because it would completely avoid having to run Obama on his lack of accomplishments, and give the Dems a breath of fresh air in their class warfare campaign. After all, Hillary Clinton hasn't been tied to the Banksters as much as Obama has...
Obama's Big Sellout: The President has Packed His Economic Team with Wall Street Insiders

It's hard for you to free your mind and think about what would be best for the Dem party, HD, because you're blinded by an inexplicably irrational obsession with Obama for some reason.

Right as usual, Arus:

Judge Malihi talked to the attorneys in chambers before the hearing this morning and told them that he was going to enter a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against Obama and recommend that Obama’s name not be on the Georgia ballot. The Georgia SOS has already indicated that he will follow the judge’s recommendation.

Only birthers are reporting that this was allegedly said.

Sorry, since birthers have a history of lying about everything, I'll just wait till until February 5th, when the final judgment from the JUDGE (not an anonymous birther who wasn't in the chambers) is released.

This is how the REAL world works. We take official accounts, not the hearsay testimony of known liars.

and If it were true, why the show and testimony. the Judge could have just ruled and ended it in 5 minutes and not let the circus perform.
