Sure, I would say that you should be entitled to grow your own for your own consumption. It is when you sell to others that safety should be assured.

The war on drugs has worked pretty well and should be expanded to go after the casual drug users. We should allow Mexico to put any casual drug user caught in the USA on trial in Mexico and spend time in jail down there. This would discourage the drug users and help win the war.
