Next time read your job contract before signing it and if you don't like something you have to negotiate. You can do it without the government.

Some employees are not worth it. One of my service techs gets a paid vaca. The other one is lucky to have a job . As he is already overpaid , if I had to give him a paid Vaca I would probably lay him off instead. The profit he generates just dosnt support it.

God knows without the government I would never have any vacation or sick time. Oh wait a minute...........

Yes it does. I have spent a lot of time working with French and UK co-workers.... their productivity is atrocious.
