You're right. It's not 99% of labor union donations that go to Democrats. Just 92%.
Things surely better than balance out when surely a similar high percentage of CEOs give some of their millions to the Republicans.

What is the actual percentage?

None, I was speculating. Sorry.

There are other factors as well. It's not just RTW.

Austin is enjoying a tech boom. Tenn got auto mfg.
COL is also an important factor.

Plenty of states were RTW and they are faring no worse than union states.

First of all, the question you asked was whether they had to become a union member. The answer is YES.

To answer the above question - YES.

If unions are so great for the middle class worker, why are they mandatory? Given a choice, wouldn't everyone want to be in a union, if they were wonderful?

Just askin'

(oh, and something you don't know about unions: Most are full of "competitive" employees in the manufacturing sector, meaning new hires work for half of those established union members. Being in a union does not mean you will make a fair wage, either)
Please share with us the ulterior motives. Like taking dues from workers then funneling into the Democrat candidates almost 100%? Like forcing workers to join a union or they don't get to work? Like punishing good workers through a practice of rewarding time on the job versus productivity?
