Of course there has. There is only one authority in the universe qualified to authenticate the president's birth record; the State of Hawaii. And they have declared it authentic.
If you desire further investigation, you must earn it by coming up with evidence to rebut the birth certificate. In almost four years of trying, Birthers still have been unable to come up with a shred.
That is why Birthers are delusional by definition.
The assertion without evidence that the document is false is a textbook example of delusion. All the evidence that actually exists points inescapably to its authenticity. There is no evidence that it is not authentic.
And yet the delusion that is fake persists.
As a Historian I understand that the reason vital records like birth certificate were invented in the first place was to create the single absolutely authoritative source for information on birth, death and marriage. That is why a State issued and certified birth certificate is absolute legal proof of the information it contains.
Now... that is not to say that such a certificate's legal status as prima facie proof cannot be rebutted. But here we are approaching in two weeks the fourth anniversary of the invention of Birthism on the FreeRepublic Forum, and Birthers have yet to come up with a single shred of evidence to rebut it.
That is why belief in its falsity is objectively delusional.
Your inclinations are meaningless to the law or to the truth. We marginalize the delusional for a reason.
So?
Would love to discuss further, but it is off topic and we can start yet another thread on the Obama foreigner thing.
I'll leave you with this. Hawaii is on record as saying there was no long form certificate on record over a yr. before one miraculously appeared.
No. It's still a breach. If they breach their contract, they can kiss their future goodbye as it is punishable by dishonorable discharge.
Oh... it's worse than merely a breech of contract. It's a violation of the UCMJ. Any active duty soldier, seaman or airman engaged in such behavior is subject to prison, forfeiture of pay and benefits and other than honorable discharge.

If any of these guys marching are birthers, they need a psych evaluation ASAP!!!

Forgive me. I've been a year out of the service now and I forgot about that. Thanks for the refresher.
Being a birther doesn't make you crazy. Acting upon such opinions, however, will certainly open one to scrutiny.
This march is rather lame and serves no purpose, to be honest.
I think they just needed to get this need for a mlitary coup out of their system. Of course they are not nutty enough to actually try it, so they do this fake one. It's actually kinda funny when you think about it.
