Perhaps reading is not one of your strong suits either. This is what I posted........

Now this is what the supreme court website says.......

"The complex role of the Supreme Court in this system derives from its authority to invalidate legislation or executive actions which, in the Court's considered judgment, conflict with the Constitution."

It appears they agree. I don't know what your howling about. Perhaps answer.com can help you out some more?
