Zimmerman wasn't even detained for more than a couple of hours. People spend the night in jail for traffic violations.

By the way, the so-called "Black Panthers" are not affiliated whatsoever with any Black activist group. They are considered to be a hate group and listed as one. (just like the KKK)

I don't know how much you are familiar with Florida Law, but let's compare 2 recent cases.

A 28 year old man follows a 17 year old and shoots him to death. The teenager is unarmed, is carrying a bag of Skittles and Arizona iced tea. That man is sent home the same evening.

A 36 year old man has a fight with his wife and kills the family pets, 3 bunny rabbits. He is sentenced to 2 years in prison.
Or the youths that kicked Tuba Man to death get a few months.

So there's no misunderstanding here, I am not comparing the crazy people who stalk & threaten others with peaceful protesters who are asking for justice. Our Constitution specifically provides the right for peaceful assembly. Certain people use the Constitution frequently in their rants, but they forget about it when it suits them.

Here is what Ghandi said about Civil Disobedience

"Civil disobedience becomes a sacred duty when the state has become lawless or corrupt. And a citizen who barters with such a state shares in its corruption and lawlessness."

...and we all know how violent Ghandi was.
So you think the state is lawless and corrupt because they didn't charge Zimmerman? Are you now advocating for the overthrow of the government?

What kind of state do you want? Do you want a state run by gangs of violent men?

Even if you succeed in having Zimmerman charged you lose because it will look like the government gave in to the protestors.

Default NBC News Accused of Editing 911 Call in Trayvon Martin Controversy

Quote:
In the NBC segment, Zimmerman says: “This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.”
The full version, though, unfolds like this:
Zimmerman: “This guy looks like he’s up to no good, or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.”
911 operator: “Okay. And this guy, is he white black or Hispanic?”
Zimmerman: “He looks black.”
NBC News Accused of Editing 911 Call in Trayvon Martin Controversy (Video) - The Hollywood Reporter

Why would NBC edit those words from Hispanic Democrat Zimmerman? I think the media is enraged because Obamacare is going to take a pounding, and they are out for blood. Of course, the MSM is too stupid to realize that that flames they are fanning can burn them too.

Really? Florida has about 55 hate groups, if by "activists" you are talking about the New Black Panthers. You cannot group them with those who are peacefully protesting, that is, unless you look at all people with whom you disagree as lawbreakers. The Southern Poverty Law Center lists them as a hate group. The Nation of Islam is also on that list because of its hateful rhetoric against Whites, targeting Jews. However, we would also need to arrest all the members of the Knights of the Klu Klux Klan, the American National Socialist Party, the Aryan Terror Brigade and about 50 more.

I don't know if it is legal to offer a bounty. I guess it might be in some states, you know, as legal as it is to play cop, chase an unarmed kid walking home and shoot him to death. Oh, wait. That's not illegal. My bad.

Civil disobedience implies there is a law that is being disobeyed. That is not the case here. These people are not protesting a law. They are trying to force the government to arrest someone. So what is the difference between them and a lynch mob?

Again, you haven't been well informed. That's exactly what they are doing. The reason Zimmerman was not charged is that State Attorney Wolfinger said that self defense could be used because of Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law. However, even Jeb Bush, the governor who signed the bill into law in 2005, said "Stand Your Ground" is an invalid defense in this case. Wolfinger has removed himself from the case and the law is now being studied.

If you believe that citizens do not have a right to protest a law or question an agency like the police or even the state attorney's office, then you do not believe in Democracy, which has nothing to do with color, only freedom & justice.

Now, I need to get to sleep.

The worst hate groups are: Gay And Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, NAACP, SEIU, ACLU, Department Of Homeland security, and Southern Poverty Law Center.... and coincidentally they are all liberal.

Sorry Nancy but this is terrorism pure and simple. The activists only come out when it is a white guy. Then they incite hatred and violence. What if a riot breaks out?

No. You have to accept the decision of the authorities. These guys love to prosecute. But they can't. But you and the protestors have already decided Zimmerman is guilty. So if he isn't charged, what are you going to do? You can't win. Should the state prosecute him because he is not black? If Zimmerman was black, would there be any protesting?

Editing like that whether intentional or by accident is never acceptable and Fox should be looking at their own reporting. They all do it to fit their own agendas and it's just another sad example of the rock bottom state of journalism in this country from MSM.
