Heck even when the comment is more obvious, like mayor Ray Nagin saying New Orleans was a "chocolate city" was overlooked. Why, because apparently in the wacky world of PC, the PC protected groups cannot be racist, and to call them on it might get the PC police to call you racist for even mentioning it.

Isn't it sad that blacks who are conservative are disowned by the vocal race mongers, as not being black. Apparently Richardson is pulling the same garbage that Sharpton & Co have been doing for years.

Bill Richardson has an Anglo name yet clearly rejects his Anglo heritage. He only identifies as Hispanic because it gives him political power. He resents Ted Cruz for having a Spanish surname while at the same time not aligning himself with the politics of the Left. This hurts Bill Richardson by undermining the only hand he has to play - his Hispanic identity.
