This woman is 19 and was born and raised in MIAMI FLORIDA, not Haiti. This 19 year old woman is a senior in a public US high school.
It tells me that in that neighborhood, there is a lot of crime committed by blacks. In my neighborhood, the vast majority of crime is committed by whites.
