Lawyers are paid to be Jerks. Part of the job.

If I was on trial I'd probably want a real jerk trying to get me off also.

Nah I think they are by nature. My divorce Lawyer was a jerk, my lawyer writing my will is a jerk. I think it is in their nature. Even when they are your lawyer your first instinct is to choke them out.
