Gee, I just don't understand!

Maybe next time they should vote for people that would give "job creators" even more tax breaks, even more government subsidies, and then cross their fingers that the "job creators" will decide to.... um... create some jobs.
LOL, exactly!

That's because you don't understand who the job creators really are.

Small business are the job creators. And they are being beaten up under Obama's policies.

I thought leftists said government creates jobs?

Yeah like the 400,000 that would be created immediately by Obamacare. How about all those shovel ready jobs Obama promised?

The more the government interferes with the economy, the more it prohibits a natural recovery.

FYI, the cause of the biggest recession in 5 generations were government policies aimed at fairness. The government was responsible for loaning money to millions of people who couldn't afford to pay it back while rewarding big business for taking advantage of the situation - via Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

I do specifically remember one person trying to alert us - Bush. It was Bush who was saying that Freddie and Fannie needed to be audited and given additional oversight, but it was Barney Frank who said that Freddie and Fannie were in great shape and that such actions were essentially racist.

You DO realize that republicans are historically known for lowering corporate tax rates & turning a blind eye to tax loopholes including moving money overseas, right? If you've been voting that way then you're voting exactly for the people that you're complaining about right now.

While our politicians could help with the job market their main concern is the profits of major businesses. We vote for those we think will help us but once elected they turn out to be nothing more than corporate puppets.

The real strength in creating American jobs lies in the consumer. Dr. Oz, (like him or not), said "we vote every time we pay at the cash register." He is right on with that statement. We the consumer have the power with our purchases. The sad part is that we constantly supporting foreign made products sending the message that we don't care where and who makes this products. As a result fewer and fewer American jobs.

Do you think you don't have power? Here's one recent example; high fructose corn syrup, HFCS. HFCS's was protested by enough consumers that as you stroll down your grocer's isle you will see "NO HFCS" on a multitude of products. The consumer is winning that battle by voting at the register. If people demanded American made products and quit buying imports jobs would spring up everywhere without the help of our politicians.

The news media shows us the lines of people waiting for the new iPhone that is made in China. The lines seem endless of Americans willing to spend a small fortune on a gadget made in a Chinese sweatshop by poor people earning pennies for their efforts. In Texas an American company is now making an American made cell phone. If Americans are serious about jobs the lines in Texas should extend to Maine with people waiting for an American made cell phone, but will we see that?

Ford F150 used to be all American. No more! Even Toyota can truthfully advertised that a Toyota Tundra is now more American made that a Ford F150.

Walmart came out with an announcement that they want to sell more American made products. The funny thing is that is how Walmart started, that is, selling only American made products.

The real control on American job growth lies with the consumer. If you want jobs then you must buy, wherever possible, American made products. In many cases you will pay more, but in most instances you will be getting a better quality product. If you want American jobs then write, email, call corporations and demand American made products.
As Dr. Oz say, you vote every time you pay at the cash register. It's up to you.

Please....for all of the demonizing of Romney in the 2012 elections, how did the left get around those that were sent to sling the mud being guilty of the very things they attacked Romney for?

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz attacked Romney for having "Off-Shore Money". Wasserman-Schultz has money in the Cayman Islands herself. Not a peep about that. Nancy Pelosi assailed Romney for outsourcing, yet she has a sizable financial interest in ModusLink Global, the very outsourcing firm she attacked Romney for. Seven of the top ten wealthiest members of congress are Democrats. Republicans most certainly do not have the market cornered on personal wealth and support for big business, big banks, and clear conflicts of interest.
