Please....for all of the demonizing of Romney in the 2012 elections, how did the left get around those that were sent to sling the mud being guilty of the very things they attacked Romney for?
Debbie Wasserman-Schultz attacked Romney for having "Off-Shore Money". Wasserman-Schultz has money in the Cayman Islands herself. Not a peep about that. Nancy Pelosi assailed Romney for outsourcing, yet she has a sizable financial interest in ModusLink Global, the very outsourcing firm she attacked Romney for. Seven of the top ten wealthiest members of congress are Democrats. Republicans most certainly do not have the market cornered on personal wealth and support for big business, big banks, and clear conflicts of interest.
I think the whole hiding money overseas is deplorable. Just think how much money we could bring in if that practice ended.
FYI, the cause of the biggest recession in 5 generations were government policies aimed at fairness. The government was responsible for loaning money to millions of people who couldn't afford to pay it back while rewarding big business for taking advantage of the situation - via Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
I do specifically remember one person trying to alert us - Bush. It was Bush who was saying that Freddie and Fannie needed to be audited and given additional oversight, but it was Barney Frank who said that Freddie and Fannie were in great shape and that such actions were essentially racist.
Sure, if you consider waking up to go to work as worse off.
I know how you lefties love to wake up at noon to go to your Occupy protests.
No meaning the righties would love to cut off any federal aid to those in need, seems like righties need to be remined of their own agendas time and time again, guess that is why you are righties.
LOL, your ignorance is showing, I did not support those protests and I get up every day at 5am and get ready to go to work, somehow I think that is far earlier than you ever get out of bed.
That's a pretty sad defense there.."less worse" then the other guy.
Well they didn't vote for "the other guy".
They voted for YOUR GUY who made them all these promises he didn't keep.
I would say that is the American blue-collared worker that has fared the worse and not just in the last 4 years.
And you would be correct.
Between an incompetent, "social justice" minded president, his "dreamer amnesty", his pushing for legalizing 20 million more illegals and their families, the cost to we productive people for obamacare, it's going to get far worse.

No, the righties want money to go to those in need not to everybody with their hand out. Additionally, the people on the right like to help others themselves instead of saying, "Why should I help, that should be the job of the government."

Enjoy!
Well, you have to keep in mind that they believe spending more money than you have is good, companies that employ people and pay taxes are bad and as Steny Hoyer stated, "Every dollar of SNAP benefits generates $1.84 in the economy in terms of economic activity."
What's the problem in Greece? They haven't spent enough money.
Wow, the people in the most economic need are doing the worst in a bad recession.
Isn't that a "No **** sherlock" moment?
No, it isn't. Because Obama campaigned on helping them, and then didn't do it.

Obviously what they should have done is vote for Romeny who made the comments that he didn't represent the 47% of the people (the ones using assistance), and Ryans budget that would have completed elimiated help for those who needed it most. Obviously the ones that voted for Obama were the smart ones because they knew how shafted they would get if Romney won.
Romney did not make that comment. He said that the 47% wouldn't vote for him. You are misrepresenting his comment.

It's like being a patient in a hospital with a team (Obama) that's trying things to make the patient (people in economic distress) better. Sometimes it turns out to be a good idea, sometimes a bad idea. The alternative team (Romney) wants to throw these people into the street and wash their hands of them to help patients that don't need as much help.
Romney had a 5 point plan. Energy independence, job training, increased trade, cut the deficit, and reduce taxes on the middle class. None of those points were to help the rich and forget the poor. He specifically said he was not going to reduce the tax burden of the wealthy. Your rhetoric is trite and tiresome.
