It's not rocket science.

This woman's story is simply an exposition in STUPIDITY.
Its an exposition in letting ACA abortion being born to begin with. A dysfunctional law with a dysfunctional idiot in the WH with a dysfunctional staff and Congress.

From the Obamacare bill:
§ 152.15 Enrollment and disenrollment process.
…
(b) Disenrollment process.
(1) A PCIP must establish a disenrollment process that is approved by HHS.
(2) A PCIP may disenroll an individual if the monthly premium is not paid on a timely basis, following notice and a reasonable grace period, not to exceed 61 days from when payment is due, as defined by the PCIP and approved by HHS.
(3) A PCIP must disenroll an individual in any of the following circumstances:
(i) The individual no longer resides in the PCIP service area.
(ii) The individual obtains other creditable coverage.
(iii) Death of the individual.
(iv) Other exceptional circumstances established by HHS.
WHere you you get that you can't cancel for any reason?

And when you cite the disenrollment process, you might want to consider WHAT you're citing, like how an insurance carrier can "disenroll" a customer. Because, yeah, that was one of the things that the ACA sought to resolve, insurance carriers canceling policies arbitrarily. So they set up rules for INSURANCE CARRIERS (PCIP), not for people buying insurance.

Blah, blah, blah.

You buy insurance on-line. You contact the insurance carrier directly to cancel the insurance. Easy-peasy. But the stupid woman in the article didn't do that. Because she was STUPID.

He quoted the section of the law and its subsections.

Do you have a reading problem?

No, she was following the procedure your idiot hero laid out. Its as dysfunctional as the idiot that wrote it and dreamt it up.

What's really sad is stupid people who don't know that when you cancel your insurance, you contact your insurance carrier. You don't blame the marketplace where you made your purchase.

And none of this would have happened if the idiot would have left healthcare alone. It was bad to begin with, it is definitely worse now.

NO, She wasn't.

There is no such procedure.

She bought insurance. From an insurance company. When she wanted to cancel it, she should have contacted the insurance company. There is no other procedure. Yes, you should notify the ACA website, just in case the insurance company doesn't. But she bought from an insurance company, JUST LIKE YOU DID when you bought your 1-year minus 1-day policy. Her premiums go to the insurance company. Her bills go to the insurance company. And when she decides she doesn't want that policy, she calls the insurance company. Like I said, it's not rocket science.

Nope, it's like a messanger that scribbles their own notes that don't turn out to be true over and over. Something can't be found wrong with something that is not proven to be true in the first place. We might as well be discussing the eating habits of big foot without evidence.

As I stated, the problem with lying over and over is people stop taking your word because you lack integrity.

The fault isn't with the messager, it is with who writes the message. It is with the people who regurgitate it and champion it day after day without any critical thinking. It is no longer relaying a message to do more than a handoff...it is prosthelytizing. It is attempting to convert people to your beliefs through sheer volume and quanitity.

It is also a waste of time to disprove this stupid crap day after day to people who don't care about providing evidence...or even care if it is true or not. That if you don't believe the next lie it is just a string of insults....that you are a Maxist, Athesit, Communist Liberal that hates America. Just like a playground bully trying to force kids to do what they want by calling them crybabies or cowards.

They might as well be Obama supporters at this point. With the constant wingnut conspiracies and lies they spew day after day if Obama actually did something horrible no one would believe it with the mountain of evidence that like the others it would be eventually proved false. If it wasn't drowned out by all the disproved conspiracies and lies that came the next day.
That's funny. Everything Fox tried warning about is actually happening.
