If he had valid legal case, and if any of the silly arguments in this forum had any merit, there would be right wing lawyers lining up to represent him and to seek an injunction... but there aren't.

No organization in the country does this...

but yet, racism still exists, right?

So, surely, you have an example?

Courts are flawed with corrupt judges and influenced people. It's not as easy as you think to just bring someone to court. If you say the sky is blue and 10 people say it's red , we'll you lose. Big corporate companies are very hard to fight against, your talking about a family guy vs corporate money. Kinda like trying to say a scooter is faster then a rocket.

So rather you flapping your mouth , sit down and have a seat.

Why isn't money being raised for a legal defense fund? Why aren't right lawyers lining up to get an injunction and present the brilliant arguments raised in this forum?

In the quote below he admits it's not his land.
From your link:
"I would pay my grazing fees to the proper government, which I would say is Clark County, Nevada," he added to the Deseret News on Thursday.
"I don't believe I owe one penny to the United States government," Bundy said. "I don't have a contract with the United States government."

Why should he pay those he doesn't owe? His "contract" was not with federal government...

Where did he claim the cattle wasn't his? The reason for stopping the convoy, was they saw the idiots were running the man's cattle to the ground, is this okay with you? Why take out their anger out on the cattle and newborn calves?

Some stories are being told they don't even know what to do with the cows they've caught.....real NICE they didn't even have a plan! How many of those newborns will die from this mismanagement? This man may lose his life and all people care about are some rogue agents getting their piece......

Bundy made them and as you see the Feds kept moving the bar! Why is it the feds are claiming unpaid taxes and harming the tortoise all in the same breathe? The tortoise happens to survive on those cow patties, take the cows and it's nothing, but desert wasteland. Maybe, this is the real motive......more land that people can't use.

Putin cares about his people more than Obama cares about his. The Community Organizer sold out the citizens signing the Monsanto Act. Words can not describe what a vile, filthy, disgusting piece of s* it he is....

Amazing the common sense and logical gymnastics people go through to justify their perceptions.

So, rather than this guy being a liar and criminal, it makes more sense that the BLM, the District Court of Nevada, several judges, are all making this up to bully some guy over... a tortoise and net loss of money (after enforcement)?

Jesus....

Sure maybe in a perfect world, but you knew that already with your common sense right?

There are no solid facts or evidence that the man is a liar, just a big corporate bully here. Corporates and government will do ANYTHING for a dollar. This man doesn't have time right now to sit in a court room while the feds come storming in destroying the land they so call precious and hurting the animals.

Just as you mentioned , this can be handled differently but to remake a scene from Iraq on our soil is abuse of power and tyranny. Maybe a few bullets will calm the feds down.

Document 35 :: United States of America v. Bundy :: 2:2012cv00804 :: Nevada District Court :: US Federal District Courts Cases :: Justia

"In its [1998] complaint, the United States alleges that, not only has Bundy failed to comply with
the court’s orders that he remove his cattle from the Bunkerville Allotment and pay the financial
penalties, but that Bundy’s cattle have moved beyond the boundaries of the Bunkerville
Allotment and are now trespassing on a broad swath of additional federal land (the “New
Trespass Lands”), including public lands within the Gold Butte area that are administered by
the BLM, and National Park System land within the Overton Arm and Gold Butte areas of the
Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The United States seeks an order enjoining Bundy’s
unauthorized grazing on the New Trespass Lands.

Notwithstanding Bundy’s contentions that the observed cattle bearing his brand may not in fact be his own,
such a denial does not controvert Nevada law regarding prima facie evidence of ownership
of branded cattle. In sum, in this most recent effort to oppose the United States’ legal
process, Bundy has produced no valid law or specific facts raising a genuine issue of fact
regarding federal ownership or management of public lands in Nevada
, or that his cattle
have not trespassed on the New Trespass Lands"
