Are you joking? Were talking about availability of arms to almost anybody, "stolen guns" being exported to other, often gun-free states and then everyday joes shooting their wives out of jealousy.

Guns are a public threat, gun control works as evidenced by other industrialized countries such as Germany, Japan, Australia, Canada the UK and many, many others. Gun control works.

Almost w/o exception, these psycho mass murderers are not "gun nuts."

They have almost no interest or experience with firearms prior to obtaining and then quickly using the weapons for their deeds. There are literally many millions of law abiding gun owners in the USA. They cause no harm to anyone.

People don't seize on drunk driving deaths to call for banning automobiles. They see it as a problem with drunk drivers.

Here's a little diddy from the FBI....

Quote:
• Violent crime rates have decreased, as the number of Right-to-Carry
states has increased.
The nation’s violent crime rate hit an all-time
high in 1991, when only 17 states, accounting for 25 percent of the nation’s
population, had Right-to-Carry laws. Since then, the number of states in which
carry permits are readily available has risen to 42, accounting for 74 percent
of the population, and the nation’s violent crime rate has fallen to a 42-year
low. (Data: FBI.)

An armed society is a less violent society.

I doubt you're very concerned about others when demanding gun control. It's a game people and politicians play to pretend to care when they have more concerning things to worry about.

Agreed tho it's more a "hood rat" problem. Decent Black people are just like the rest of us.

Yet....They want people from the US to take their guns to Canada.

That makes no sense to me.

They just do not want their residents to have guns.

Well according to this train of thought, Sandy Hook should not have happened, nor this last one. Both were in places that have very strict firearms control.

Oh and I do believe there was a mass shooting in Canada recently at a mall in Toronto... now how could that have happened ?

My point which both of you tried to steer around which someone posted is we have a "hood rat" problem, which Canada does not.
