How is this racism?

So if I am in a store and I ask someone else for help with something and they happen to black then I am a racist? So it makes it better if I walk past that black person to get a white person to help me? Looks like no win situation, no matter your choice your a racist.

I dunno but I help people all the time in stores, generally before they ask. If I see someone struggling with something I would be happy to help. I have asked people nearby for help loading cumbersome stuff onto a cart or pallet at stores before, I cant remember if they were black or white though as it wasn't really germane to the problem.
LMAO.

She's 5'11. Has that not ocurred to her ??

As a 5'10 woman myself, I'd tell her, welcome to tall people world! I've been asked for help many times, and I'm a blonde white female of Norwegian ancestry.

Sorry she's so egotistical that she sees herself as too good to help out a stranger with such a simple thing.

14 pages of people saying how the first lady didn't experience racism, because THEY say she didn't.

Wow.

I also see this. America shifted firstly from seeing a royalist (during revolutionary war) behind every corner to seeing a slaveholder (during civil war and reconstruction) behind every corner, then to seeing a communist (first stage of cold war) behind every corner, now seeing a racist (after desegregation) behind every corner.

Of course, I exeggerate. But this view are not derived from nowhere.

The comparison you made is very accurate. In general, of course.

It is similar to what happened with social perception of Native Americans. From barbiarian savages worth of nothing but desctruction (even during second world war, the movie "They Died With Their Boots On" about Garry Owen's famed U.S. Cavalry Divison, I forgot the number, possibly seven), to victims of colonial and later both federal, state and individual genocide.

Too many people forget that Native Americans are the normal people, during war serving their homeland true (as one of tribes, which members used their language to support intelligence warfare against Japan), and now trying to make their way succesful (casinos and all businesses connected with tribal jurisdtiction and their law).

But it is slightly off topic.

I wanted just to underline that not only blacks have been persecuted (sad, but true, it was not Nazi Germany but it happened) on American soil, so they have not any monopoly to be victims of racism.

Interesting fact is that the American Indians could been and some of them were slaveholders, along with whites in former Confederate States of America.

Set your setting to 20 per page and there will be only 7 pages. That sounds a lot better.

Thanks. I didn't know I could do that here.

Seriously, thank you.

Because she did not.

A Hispanic guy today walked past me on my right, that is racism because only bigots would walk past me on my right. A person that is not a bigot would not walk past me, or if did, at least pass me on my left.

I know you are being sarcastic, I hope so, and your post is so ridiculous that it proves the point.

No, I am being serious. Another example of this blatant racism; a while ago I was in Macy's, and this black female came up to me (my wife was with me also), out of everyone in the crowd that was there, and asked me if I needed assistance with anything. There were lots of people there, and I did not see her go up to anyone else and ask this. To me this is the racism that goes on everyday, she thinks because I am white, I am incompetent to be able to look for things myself.

I have more great examples.

It's not. Any person can be thought to work in a place depending on how they are dressed or how they are handling the merchandise. I've asked people if they work at a place and they didn't. I've been asked if I work at a place and I didn't. I had an older woman ask me to grab something off the shelf because she was old and shorter than me. She knew I didn't work there and I gladly helped her because she asked me to.
