They don't need a plan. The law was designed by the Democrats to function a certain way.

What is there to fix? Obama has been against any change to the Tax Law except what he wants.

Actually their plan involves giving tax credits to people to buy insurance vs tax penalties for not buying, along with vouchers for medicare which could very easily lead to a UHC system in the nation.

Democrats hated that idea though.. When Bush and the GOP proposed it in the past.

Not even close to the same thing..
