I say yes, both because they're already probably doing it and because sexual predators don't confine their victims to people of the opposite sex, so the idea that people will pretend to be transgender so they can prey on others in public restrooms is ridiculous. The possibility of discovery is very high, so no sexual predator is likely to victimize a person in a public restroom anyway, no matter which one they use and which sex they are or pretend to be.

Isn't that exactly the same as a supposed MTF "trans" with a penis raping a woman in the women's facilities? Why, yes it is. So why ADD to the problem? You're position doubles the chance of sexual assault. Bad form.

Women's bathrooms must be nicer than men's bathrooms. I have been in many restrooms where the doors are missing and haven't been replaced.

Dou you have a list of states that won't allow you to use the women's bathroom ? How about your home state of New Hampshire ? I'm thinking of visiting this summer, but if I can't use the toilet of my sexual expression, fuggetaboutit.

Jeez some people are so damn terrified of bogey men (or bogey M to F) I'm surprised they ever leave the house.

Well maybe some of these posters don't, now that I mention it.

Get back to us when your 13-year-old daughter has to unwillingly be exposed to a penis in the school girls' restroom/locker/shower room facilities.

Meanwhile... only 26% support exposed penises in women's/girl's facilities, and vice versa:
