And when a bald, bearded, tatted, muscular FTM goes into the ladies room who is going to even know what is in his pants? He looks like a male, but still has a vagina. Unless someone is peeking into the stall they will not know what is inside those pants. What is to stop a bio male from going in to a stall, no one will know what is in their pants either.

Lawsuit "settlements" doesn't always include money. And I've seen NO reports whatsoever that Johnston was readmitted to the university after her federally upheld expulsion for using men's restroom/locker/shower room facilities.
That is because the student might not have wanted to go back, they could have enrolled in another college to finish their degree. Settlement usually means money, rarely does it mean anything less than that because what would be the point of settling? But you have seen the college change their policies towards transgender, which means they have realized there was a real issue at their college that needed to be addressed.
