Courts do it all the time. Try living in the real world.

Gays do not seem to agree with you.

Tell someone doing time for a drug offense courts do not decide rights.

Your argument is that people have a right to drugs now? This is pretty amusing.

So you don't feel that you have the right to be in a straight marriage. Interesting.

People who believe in state's rights really believe in the rights of the politicians who are elected in those states. I prefer to believe in human rights.

Odd. I never say a news story that said "everyone" wanted gay marriage. Just that the percentages were changing.
