Nope, lots of red states will terminate it, and that means a massive number of low income folks with unwanted pregnancies and all the social problems that follow which the entire country will suffer from, not just the regressive states in question.
I guess Liberals will have to step up to the plate and donate more of their money to Planned Parenthood.
But red states will take the path of filling their communities with children born from unplanned pregnancies and making poor people even poorer parents, filling the schools with very poor children.

Or fill them with more Horatio Algers, or otherwise individuals who will outgrow their circumstances to potentialy create some extraordinary things for humanity. No chance of that when they're dead before they're born.

So abortions need to go to zero or they are unsuccessful. So what exactly does this feel good action actually accomplish, what will be the end result of denying poor women contraception, education and health care.
No one is denying women contraception, education and health care.
check the stats mate that happen much more in states that do everything they can to avoid giving help to low income americans. In states that support and care, the rates are much lower. there are mile high piles of data that prove this, not only in the USA but across the globe.
If it weren't for the blue states, to hold up the standards of care for our people and to boost the country's economy, the red states, on their own, would sink to 3rd-world level. The experiment of having a republic made up of associated, but separate states, has failed. We need to have the country divided into 6 regions, with each comprised of an equal number of formerly blue and red states. The regional governments would only administrate the federal laws and policies, with nothing resembling state-like rule. The cities would run independently, but have to abide by federal standards.
Only with this, would the people have equal and adequate government and services in all areas. No more would corrupt state politicians be able to enrich themselves and cheat their constituents out of what they need. Those in formerly blue states might suffer a bit for awhile, but eventually, the level of education, employment and social enlightenment, could increase for everyone. Essentially, the rednecks would be dragged, kicking and screaming, into modern America and wouldn't be able to keep dragging down the rest of us. If they keep languishing in the red states, that won't happen.

If you can't afford them then don't have them. Especially since birth control is exceptionally cheap and available.
States can still put money in the pot. No services have been terminated. People are free to still get whatever services they need.
Poor states can't afford to put money into it. And this leaves out the poor people who rely on their services. Trump is so wonderful to the poor and middle class isn't he

Most PP are located around minority population centers. Maybe look up the history of the founder of PP, margret sanger.
Obamacare mandated everyone have insurance so women can go see their regular doctor that they have been mandated to have.
