I am offended that a friend of mine didn't tell me she was bi. We spent some time in close quarters, shared a mattress camping, talked about our boyfriends, a trusted friend. I don't care that she didn't like me that way, I would not do those things with a guy friend either. People need to be frank with close friends.
Seems you're offended if you think the left are criticizing your choice in sex partner. Here's a clue: we don't care.
Not my choice, since the left has no idea what my choice is. And if they did and criticized it, I still wouldn't be offended, because their views are their problems not mine.
But if the left isn't interested in influencing choice of partners in straight society, then why are ridiculous articles like this written (ok -- maybe its not fair to pin it on the left as a whole, just a few emotionally disturbed individuals)? Honestly, can you change your sexual preferences at will?
In fact, I'm generally supportive of LGBT rights, and I think this type of thinking only supports those who believe that being gay is a choice, and therefore homosexuality can and should be "cured."

Who's offended? As far as I'm concerned, people can have sex with whoever they like as long as consent is given. I'm simply amazed that people can be so blinded by gender/sex politics that they think a person's sexuality is like a T-shirt that you can take on or off, depending on how the political winds blow (no pun intended).
And so arrogant as to criticize those who prefer to pick their own sex partners privately, without the approval of the progressive left.

It's a ridiculous concept. So ridiculous that the fools automatically jumped on the 'it's satire!' train without doing further research on the site.
Yet they're jumping on you for saying the concept is ridiculous.
Everything is racism these days. I don't have a racial preference, a hot man is a hot man. But I don't believe people who have racial preferences are racists. Such belief is too extreme.
