Pot is not cocaine, heroin, meth, or any of the really damaging drugs.
It's night and day.
Legalize it.

So, what you are saying it that we 86% are completely wrong, and that you and your 14% is right???

Hmmm... If I were in that 14% I think I would re-evaluate my position. Just sayin'.

BTW, I completey support Booker and I am not a liberal or part of the left. I'm a 60 year old conservative. 86% approval shows this issue enjoys broad support from both sides.

We already have a drug crisis in the country and liberals want to make it worse.

This OP guy is topping my list of over the top extremists that have nothing better to do but start bogus, anti Democratic threads coming up with anything and everything not matter how ridiculous so he can to make his party look good.

Oh wait, just like his leader does.

What is so outright stupid is, when marijuana is legalized, look at the tax revenue it would generate? You Republicans keep whining about the deficit, here is a easy and obvious solution that solves wasting law enforcement time on nickel and dime searching for dollar bags of grass.

You are completely stuck in the mindset that:

Legalization = Makes things worse.
Legalization = Makes things worse.
Legalization = Makes things worse.
Legalization = Makes things worse.

The problem is, it isn't true. If you had learned from history, you would know that the opposite is true. Prohibition makes things worse. If you were capable of learning from other countries in the world, you would see that the countries that have decriminalized are doing much better than us. If you were able to learn even from other states in your own country, you would see that those states are doing much better than the rest of the country, and not just on an economic level.

But you are stuck in your mindset. So that, as they say, is that.

You mean the one caused by legal dope from BigPharma, that drug crisis?

This is truly great that we have become a nation where everyone can drink wine, beer, hard spirit and smoke dope - and yet still have one of the largest GDPs in the world.

We should celebrate - with some bong hits.

The "crisis" is in the White House, there aren't enough drugs to go around.

How is legalizing something that has been proven to be medical safe & necessary (in some cases) and is readily available making it worse? Gee, just the opposite of you Republicans view on firearms. Now, what is worse?

Lame, really lame.

I actually ok with freeing up access to dope. In fact just give up the drug wars all together and put the kibosh to the Narco/LEO industrial complex.Stoners are going to get stoned regardless and after all it's much easier controlling the untermensch if they are waked out of their gourds!
