Not according to law. A 14 year old is too young to give consent to an adult.

Just wondering where your moral standard is.
Again, educate yourself. Pointing out ignorance does not equate to approval of what happened to this well developed (her words) 16 year old if it did happen.

Here’s a hint...a pedophile would not be attracted to a “well developed” 16 year old.

I don't feel like looking so I'll ask you, can the Senate expel a member? I know the House has in the past.
The Senate can expel a member and Republican Senator Corey Gardner of Colorado gas called for it if Moore were to be elected, but the chances of that happening are remote. If it were to happen, the Governor of Alabama would appoint a replacement to serve until a Special Election can occur. The likely timeframe of a Special Election would likely coincide with next years midterms.

Corey Gardener is just spouting off to go along with the "I hate XXX" wave for the cameras. I've heard a couple of members of the Ethics Committee say that it'd likely be impossible as he's not being accused of anything while in the Senate AND he'd be elected with the FULL knowledge of the voters of all accusations unlike something happening while elected or some surprise after the election.

I don't see them trying it nor do I see SCOTUS going along with it.

My guess given his history it may not be long before he does do something to violate policy or rules and they'll be watching waiting to pounce (maybe,as it is Congress after all).

Ignorance? Lets say you are correct, a pedophile would not be attracted to a "well developed" 16 year old...

Please give us the dimensions of all these women, at that time....I'll wait....please educate yourself...or us, but I'll wait....

I get creeped out by someone even trying to defend this.
