Its defect is that it is very efficient in killing people.

And yes. make it harder to own a mass killing machine. Which the AR-15 is.

It is NO different from any other semi automatic rifle. Instead of demonizing the tool, how about we restrict the criminals, and insane, and make it more difficult to commit acts of violence. A gun, car, truck, knife, bomb, etc can not act on its own.

We already have tons of gun restrictions, and gun control laws. The END GAME of all you anti gun nuts is to further CONTROL the law abiding populace, and make them more dependent on GOVERNMENT.

Are you telling me PA has no laws regarding gun ownership? Anyone can buy them? Sell them? Cash only, no questions asked?

If not, PA can regulate guns. It just has to regulate them harder.

Let me clarify this for you so that the cultists can have a rest. The AR-15 is a "hunting rifle". Get your facts straight! After all, ban the AR-15 and someone like Cruz will just bring a box cutter the next time. After all they are JUST as deadly and efficent as an AR-15 "hunting rifle", right???

That is not a defect according to gun control advocates. According to them that is the weapons purpose.

The AR-15 is a very popular hunting rifle. It is also a very popular rifle for target shooting, competition, and home defense. I have several rifles more powerful, and potentially dangerous as an AR-15, but they just don't LOOK as scary to all you anti freedom types.

Just wondering... if a nutbag went into a school with big chainsaw and chopped up a bunch of kids would we be demanding chainsaw control? I don't think we would.

Guns are tools, just like chainsaws are tools. Either has a legitimate use and can be used to cause great harm to others.

So when these things happen. why do we focus so much on the tool but not the operator of the tool?

The amusing part of all this is that you guys ACTUALLY BELIEVE this pretzel logic argument. If it was not so sickeningly sociopathic it would be hilarious.
