The reports this morning is Durham has already been on the job for weeks. There is already good odds that Barr, Horowitz and Durham plus others have been meeting on this for months now.
Just because the report has not been released to the Public or Congress it does not mean the DOJ and Barr does not have the Preliminary results or final copy.
