Not at all. Most people see this for what it really is, a stalling tactic. You don't like it of course and he will always be on the losing side of your own opinion no matter what happens either way, but that doesn't matter whatsoever.

The only eye-witness she has identified has debunked her claim, whatever is asserted that she chose to "tell" anyone, notwithstanding.
What I find odd is that she won't identify the date or the location of this supposed incident. And it's pretty easy to understand why... Definitive assertions like that can be easily verified as false when proof that the alleged perp was elsewhere at the time is documented.

And now Ford's lawyer says that Ford wants the FBI to open an investigation into the "incident". And that request makes it seem even more likely that this is all a delaying tactic on the part of the Democrats and Feinstein.
And all of this nonsense could backfire on the Democrats in the upcoming elections. Plus many of us are sick and tired of this #METOO movement. Yes. We get it, men are animals. But the solution isn't to come forward and banish the perpetrators and scrub them of the face of the earth. Instead, every parent, teacher and athletic coach should be sitting down and having some serious talks with ALL kids and teens about appropriate behaviour with their romantic and sexual partners. Boys should grow being taught how to behave socially. And the girls too, to not be a flirt unless she means to go out with the man, to not use a flirt to manipulate a man to do something extra for her.

This is VERY bad for Kavanaugh....as it only creates MORE confusion, which beefs up the request for a formal FBI investigation.
THERE IS PRECEDENT. in 1991 with Hill, Republican President George Bush ordered the FBI to investigate. IT ONLY TOOK 3 DAYS, and the FBI was done.

Here is a thought: Why not live a decent life and not take advantage of vulnerable people? If you make mistakes, own up to them. Don't just lie and say, "no way, I did anything like that." Just because we made some stupid mistakes in our youth does not mean you have to lie and cheat the rest of your life.
Gee, because a woman is older, she does not deserve to have the chance to be heard? Some women and men carry hurts around their whole lives, because some bully or brut took advantage of them. Sometimes it's their own family.
So here we go again. Women have been taken advantage of it seems like forever, in all races and cultures. It's about time women have a say in our society.

You don't get a free pass because you're a woman to accuse someone of anything without proof, and you shouldn't have the ability to ruin someones life because you have a personal grudge against someone for whatever reason. No you don't, even if you're a woman. Because you're a woman, it doesn't make what you say a fact. I guess in your mind, women are incapable of lying and making up stories about sexual misconduct even though we see this happening more and more and almost everyday.
I agree it would have been great if she had done that but anyone with a modicum of common sense and gender awareness knows what likely would have happened if she had--
