The Democratic Party is turning into a socialist party let’s face it . Many hate capitalism but I believe it is more an ignorance and they likely don’t know what it would be like to live in a socialist country . They think it would just mean everything is the same but free or very cheap that’s not the reality .

If there are signs the country is going socialist you’ll see the wealthy moving their investments out of America very quickly . This would destroy the country financially .
You don't have to fear socialists. They are in places like Cuba. No one wants our country to be like Cuba.

We have a mixture of capitalism and socialism; most successful countries do. If somebody on your talk radio programs is indoctrinating you with propaganda such as this, turn off the radio.

America has been overrun with communists and foreigners, and they are both the enemy within.

The collapse is from the inside, like a tree with its structure undermined by termites collapses under the load of its own weight.

That's the parallel for the decline of America.

But its all going to turn out okay in the end. The US will eventually break up into smaller sovereign republics just like the USSR, which was the best thing for the Soviet peoples. Life for them is much better now that they no longer are shackled to a defective and dysfunctional centralized, corrupted system that also could not withstand its own mass and internal flaws.

Americans too will be better off someday. Once what is now decaying has collapsed, regrowth, and new structures can arise in its place.

Like a phoenix from its ashes.

There are two types of governments: those that have fallen, and those that will.

There has never been an exception to this law of socio-political behavior, nor will there ever be.

Every government instituted by mere mortals either has fallen, or will fall at some point.

That is all.

Those are just questions to think about. If Americans could stop right now-- Stop the hatred and start getting together and being Americans again, there might be a chance of stopping or slowing the decline. I would advise my younger relatives who are just starting out to try to go and live in another country if they want a good life.
This is the best response so far. This isn't about the Liberals or Conservatives as much as Americans always striving for greatness and never being.

Many a powerhouse empire (think Romans, Britains, Mongols, etc.) rise, then fell due to various reasons including civil wars, financial ruin, environmental disaster, inferior technology, urban decay, decline in morals/values, incompetent or lack of leadership, etc. One of the ways we can counter that is to not be complacent in what we have and acknowledge and do something about threats to our country - ie. the Chinese who are expanding militarily and economically, ready to replace us as world power; climate change which is causing disasters that are wrecking havoc on our cities and our wallet; our crumbling infrastructure, and now incompetent leadership!

And it started with Rush Limbaugh.
He's smart, actually a genius, but he will be America's downfall.

Rush Limbaugh ushered in Trump, who was the first President of all time who tried on purpose to divide us. I really don't think there's ever been a US president who purposely divided us, for the glorification of himself.
I don't see how you can possibly put the blame on Rush Limbaugh...that seems unfounded. Rush has not even been popular since like, 15 years ago. Maybe longer. People don't listen to the radio anymore, and they haven't for at least 10 years. Rush used to be on cable too, that was like 15 years ago too.

You can't look at the Bush presidency and say Rush did that. You sure can't look at the Obama presidency and say Bush did that either.

Rush certainly has zero to do with Donald Trump.

The reality is Obama divided this nation and stoked the embersof an old smoldering racial and class warfare fire into a towering inferno and THAT is what gave us Donald Trump.

That's all because of the Marxist assault on the American ideal, and their attempted genocide on the American people.

When did Americans ever produce great art, btw?

Music, meh.. not really either. Rock and roll has been an interesting 50 year musical interlude, but does it qualify as great music? I don't think so. And the tribal percussion stuff, ("hip hop" or "rap") is of course not even music at all.

Great leaders...a few!

Great writers, currently? Not many.

The best cars....sure, we still make some of the best but are no longer "the king". Globalization has ensured that the ability to make high quality stuff can never again be truly localized.

We obviously still have a huge lead on intellectual pursuits. Whether its high tech, science, or the film arts, we retain the number one spot.

As for living in another country, they are all in the same or greater national peril from the assault of the same forces that have been deployed against the US. Where would you tell them to go?

I say nobody leaves. Fight for this country, and establish a citadel that cannot be breached by any forces internal or external even if it means splitting up the nation into parts that can be kept and those that cannot.

I 'll phrase it another way; trying to turn back time will cause a country to collapse.
