I'm glad this meeting was made public so that Americans can see that the Democrats don't give a damn about true border security. They won't even honor their promise back in 2006 to build the wall.

Trump made them look like the fools they are and it's clear they could care less about the safety of Americans. Sensors, electronic surveillance, etc. without a wall is like owning a house with a security system and no doors.

The absolute truth and thanks for the laugh about Schumer. It made my day!

So, using an honest count and compared to "wall" built in 2015/2016, how large a percentage of th 35-45 foot high transparent wall has been built over and above what was already going on?

“You have to be able to see through it,” he explained"

“As horrible as it sounds, when they throw the large sacks of drugs over, and if you have people on the other side of the wall, you don’t see them—they hit you on the head with 60 pounds of stuff? It’s over,”

I wasn't aware 60 lb sacks of drugs were a thing - and falling on peoples heads. Wow.

"Currently, 654 miles (1,052 km) of the 1,900-mile (3,058-km)border with Mexico is fenced, with single, double or triple fences. The second line of fencing in San Diego, about 18 feet (5.50 m) tall, has been breached nearly 2,000 times in the last three years"

So, how much Wall - SOLID, as stated, and 35-45 feet high (although he said higher at some times....) has been built? What percentage of that 1,900 miles and how much has Mexico paid in?

So, you are mad that he was correct.

Care to talk about the 1k people that were rejected? No, well then, lets just deflect....

If yesterday's ownage of Trump by Pelosi is a sign of things to come with her as House Speaker, we are in for some comedy in 2019.

Yep, he will own it due to nancy and chuckie shutting it down...

The term “criminal alien” refers to aliens who have been convicted of one or more crimes, whether in the United States or abroad, prior to interdiction by the U.S. Border Patrol; it does not include convictions for conduct that is not deemed criminal by the United States. Arrests of criminal aliens are a subset of total apprehensions by U.S. Border Patrol.

6259/365 = just a tad over 17 Criminal Aliens are captured ever day...

Don't trip over yourself making up an excuse for this being a lie....

Trump has altered his original desire to build a wall on the entire border. He merely wants the 700 miles built already approved by congress back in 2006. How can so many be so behind the times and misinformed? He's asking for $25 billion to complete it. No way would $25 billion cover the enter border. Geezus!

Reality -- nobody who owns the shutdown is going to win the shutdown -- lol. No matter how they spin it -- Trump owning the shutdown -- taking it on as his baby -- won't end well for him.

It just won't.

I couldn't stand Pelosi but boy did she stay focused, on statement and not flinching.

The only way Trump can prove her wrong -- let the House vote.
She really got under his skin when she used the phrase "Trump Shutdown". Trump got all emotional and somehow worked his away around to where he would then 'own the shutdown". All his negotiation leverage gone. *Poof*.

Evidently Trump felt compelled to lash out and stated he would own the shutdown. Bingo!

Schumer could barely stifle his glee.
She did! Trump totally went for it!

I did like the way she kept telling him to 'do it then" when he kept insisting he had enough votes to call a vote in the house.
