Their fetal homicide laws were rendered ineffective by the late-term abortion law, as that's a valid application of the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause. Either anyone can kill a fetus, or no one can. That's why the prosecutor had to drop the fetal homicide charge in a recent Queens murder case.

Presidents cannot issue an executive order that removes any right guaranteed by the Bill of Rights. The 2nd Amendment guarantees a citizen's right to own a gun. End of story.
